Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – additional charges apply
International Shipping (7–21 business days) – delivery times may vary by country

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Certain products (such as personal care items, custom-made products, or clearance items) are non-returnable.

How to Return

Contact our support team at admin@ezyashop.com with your order number.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
Ship the item back to us. (Unless the item is defective/damaged, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. In some cases, you may need to return the item first and place a new order.
